This is a place for things gathered along the way—reflections, practices, questions, stories, and bits of wisdom shaped through experience.

Some come from years of working with energy and spirit. Others grow from earth wisdom, trees, Ogham, study, teachers, conversations, and the ordinary mysteries of being human.

I don’t expect everything here to arrive finished. Some things may be understandings I’ve carried for years. Others may simply be something I’m curious about and want to explore.
